Innovative Product for (Portable Electrolytic) Scale Remover without chemical

In order to overcome the limitations of conventional cooling water treatment we do manufacturing “Tiaano – ElSr”, an Electrolytic Scale Remover without chemical.

System operation
Ø ElSr system protects on adhering of conductive salts in an inner wall of the Pipe Lines without using any chemicals.
Ø All the conductive salt presents in the water will be absorbed by the cathode of Electrolyzer, hence scaling cannot be formed in the downstream of CT Water circuit.
Ø It generates Oxidants in the water; Oxidants mitigate the Corrosion, Bio-fouling, Micro-Organism growth, Scaling, & spread of airborne bacteria, by producing of 0.4 PPM of NaOCl.
Ø Passing DC power across positive and negative element, it creates high pH in the vicinity of the negative.
Ø High pH causes scale to be deposited in the reactor. However, the water is not soft at the outlet of the ElSr, but the scale forming ions has been reduced to a level that prevents the precipitation in Water distribution system.
Ø The deposited scale shall be removed by gentle rodding as per the scheduled time period against the voltage indicator.
Ø It is easily moveable and dip inside the reservoir. Scale deposits are view-through and it consumes very less power.
Ø The Electrolyzers of ElSr will have the warranty for 36 months on pro rata basis.
Water requirements:
I. The feed water should not be purified. The water should have minimum hardness and electrical conductivity, which will be speed up the process of electrolysis, resulting, effective scale separation. However, if the rust condition in the system is very serious, our ElSr can be used for removing rust also.
II. Though there is an electrical conductivity (DC Power), it is not hazardous, since very very less power. Also if any malfunctioning in the AC to DC conversion, there is a breaker to protect the same.
Installation:
The system comprises of Electrolysers, IP65 rated Termination Box and Power Panel. The system shall be immersed inside the water where reservoir flow point. Normally portable installation always should be installed in diagonally opposite of the Cooling Tower Reservoir.
