One of the Advantages (protect corrosion) of Electrolytic Scale Remover
Ø Corrosion is the destruction of metal or alloy gradually by a chemical reaction, especially by oxidation. Also with Hot steam with small particle make a puncture of tube.
Ø To avoid such situation, the chemical free Electrolytic Scale Remover (ElSr) has been innovated.
Ø By using the Scale Remover, the corrosion is protected and corrosivity of water increases as pH increase. Corrosion layer is compromised at Low & High pH at higher temperatures. So ElSr protecting and maintains & compromise/
Ø Always the value of pH between 7 & 10 shall be consider as lower rate of corrosion.
Ø Point to be noted, corrosivity of water increases as conductivity increases.
Ø Conductivity increases, Blow down increases. By using ElSr system though conductivity increases, Blow down shall be extended till the set point, which is comparatively very high considering the Chemical dose.
