SKID MOUNTED SELF CLEANING ELECTROLYTIC SCALE REMOVER (ELSR)

Chemical Free ElSr systems are used in different industries. In Textile plants, to maintain uniform, Relative Humidity (RH) of the Spinning Area,  they have to have cool Air. Also there should not be an unever humidity.  For this, Tiaano innovated  the Skid Mounted Self Cleaning Electrolytic Scale Remover(ElSr) with out using Chemicals, to avoid and reduce the investment, on regular Air conditioning.

ElSr system precipitating the humidifying water and remove the salt content from the water.  This process saves the cost of Chemicals and its handling, reduce the Blow Down water, reduce the electrical energy since the make up is reduced due to the lowest Blow down.  Also, it protects all the spray nozzles free from the block due to the content of salt in the water.
