COC means Cycle of Concentration. Normally one COC will take 2-3 Hrs. to complete, since there is a salt content in the water. Once the ElSr is installed, over a period of time this COC will be improved and it will take lesser time and also the electricity will be saved.

lSr system making the conductive salts in the water gets precipitated and ionized. So there may not be a difference, but the TDS will be ineffective. Due to this scale won’t be formed in the downstream water circuit. So it can’t be quantified.

Make up water should not be softened. If it is softened there is no calcium or magnesium ions in the system, so hardness and electrical conductivity are so slow that the process of electrolysis will be slow and resulting in poor effect.
